Payment Methods
We accept payment by PayPal, Personal Cheque, Money Order or Direct Debit. If paying by Cheque, we will not send goods until funds have been cleared. Please see instructions below for cheque payment. If paying by Money Order or Direct Debit please allow 2 to 3 working days before goods will be dispatched. When paying by Direct Debit please place your full name in the reference field so we can identify the payment.

Cheque Payment Details:
Please make cheque payable to: Sam and I
Please write your name and address on the back of cheque.
Once funds have cleared, goods will be dispatched.
Delivery
Sam and I deliver Australia wide. Goods will be dispatched using Australia Post (Express Post) a fee of $9.90 will be charged for goods delivered within Australia. Overseas freight will be quoted on request.
Returns & Exchanges
Sam and I are happy to exchange goods within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition. Items must not be worn, washed or damaged and be returned in the condition they were sent. Please return with receipt. Please include a self addressed pre-paid satchel for your new items to be returned.

Please note, unless we are at fault, you are responsible for the return of goods and delivery costs. We will endeavour to process your return as soon as possible.
Faulty Items
All faulty items must be returned within 7 days and must not be worn. Please return items with the receipt and your name and address. You will be fully credited (including postage) with the original method of payment once the item has been checked and approved.
Pricing
All pricing is in Australia Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Sam and I reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Privacy
Any personal information you provide to Sam and I (your name, address, telephone number, email address) will not be disclosed, rented, sold or reused. Any information given to Sam and I is kept strictly confidential.
